What I wish to offer you
Yoga means “Union”. Union means, in your experience, everything has become One. How to experience it?
In today’s world, the outside world receives most of our attention. Through traveling for example, many of us seek to discover the Planet to find a better understanding of the intricate nature of Life. Yoga is the other side of the same coin, an adventure within, to explore, strengthen and unite our connection to Consciousness.
Routes of various origins have been mapped out and have guided us for millennia. I wish to offer you the opportunity to discover one path : Hatha Yoga, as it has been practiced for 15’000 years, without distortion. With care but no compromise, the teaching offered stems from an original and trusted source and will be given with all the precision and commitment possible.

What characterizes Isha hatha yoga?
It can be difficult to find one’s way through the various schools of yoga that exist, the vocabulary is often confusing. In a few key points, here is what distinguishes Isha hatha yoga:
- Autonomy as a goal: for an independent practice wherever you want
- Gradual learning process and methodology: precise instructions, modifications according to your condition and flexibility, no random sequencing of postures
- No previous experience necessary: accuracy and alignment are sought, not acrobatic performance
- Explanations and informative videos: understanding the practices and their impacts
- No background music: your inner rhythm will receive your whole attention
- Practice with closed eyes, without mirrors: experience turned towards your interiority
- No correction of postures by physical contact: adjustment and corrections given orally by the teacher, without entering your bubble
Isha hatha yoga is a holistic approach that brings together the physical, energetic and spiritual aspects to raise your perceptions and possibilities as a human being to their highest potential.

The general first idea that comes to mind when thinking about yoga is, a discipline that stretches you, makes you feel calmer and more relaxed. Some also consider it as a form of therapy for certain physical ailments. This view of yoga, held by many schools in the West, only sheds a very limited light on what yoga is.
Isha Hatha Yoga emerges from a deep understanding of the human system, leading to a better control of body and mind to achieve a state of health, joy and inner well-being.
Samayana yoga’s offerings
- Five fundamental and ancestral practices of classical hatha yoga, addressed to anyone and everyone, no matter your age or physical condition : Upa Yoga, Angamardana, Surya Kriya, Yogasanas, Bhuta Shuddhi, which have been transmitted to me by Sadhguru, a living Indian Master.
- Kriya yoga practices, Pranayamas, Mudras, Bandhas, Bhakti Sadhana and meditations.
- Various other workshops such as an introduction to yogic nutrition for example.
- Group and private classes and workshops, in French and English, in Eastern France as well as in the region around Geneva and in French-speaking Switzerland. Please feel free to get in touch with me even if you live in different areas.

The transmission of these teachings takes place through workshops which duration lasts from one hour to several days, allowing you to learn in depth a practice and to integrate it into your daily life schedule independently. It will be up to you to devote as much time as you wish on your mat, without being dependent on the instructions of a teacher.
If you want to improve your physical condition, find ways to manage stress, relieve some pain or cultivate general wellbeing, yoga will definitely help you. Beyond these physical impacts, I would like to encourage you to explore the transformative potential it can have on other more subtle aspects of your life : alleviating behavioral patterns, compulsions and mood swings; working on emotional reactions, controlling energy levels, and generally developing inner joy.
